Due to the handmade nature, glue marks may remain and are not eligible for exchange or refund. Crystals may fall off due to external shocks, high temperatures, or over time. In this case, we provide free repair service within 6 months from the date of purchase, and the round-trip shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Please submit repair requests through the EPONY inquiry board or Kakao channel along with your order number and name.

Shipping
Additional order items will be shipped together with custom products. Regular products take 1-5 business days, while custom-made products require about 2 weeks for production.

Exchange and Refund
Regular products can be returned or refunded within 7 days of receipt. Custom-made products cannot be changed, returned, or refunded after ordering. For returns due to change of mind, the refund amount will be reduced by the round-trip shipping cost, and the product and packaging must be in a resalable condition.
